ArtsyFartsy operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). ArtsyFartsy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All ArtsyFartsy products are made-to-order. Production begins after your order is placed. Because items are produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing. Colors or appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ArtsyFartsy reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products in line with our Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or duties. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Fulfillment times vary by product but typically take 2–5 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please note that some specialty products (such as Stanley/Stella organic apparel) may ship from Europe and take longer to arrive in the U.S. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
