Shipping Policy – ArtsyFartsy

Every ArtsyFartsy piece is made-to-order, which means production begins after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and keeps our process more sustainable.

Processing & Fulfillment:
- Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (may vary depending on location and customs)

Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Specialty Products:
Some products (such as Stanley/Stella organic apparel) may ship from Europe. U.S. delivery for these items can take longer than our standard window, typically 10–20 business days. Tracking will always be provided.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by product type, weight, and destination.
- For some products, shipping is included in the retail price (noted on product pages).

Split Shipments:
If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately to get them to you faster. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
